Facilities Customer Support
Facilities Customer Support functions as the control center for the Facilities Management department. It is the central point of contact for all service requests and information concerning work order requisitions.
Services to contact Facilities Customer Support for:
- Urgent service requests (flood, fire, utility interruption, etc.), Please call (312) 996-7511, 24 hours a days, 7 days a week.
- Normal requests may be submitted through FMWeb.
- Inquiries may be sent to Facilities Customer Support. Make sure you include your name and phone number.
- Snow Removal.
- Remodeling/redecorating with an outside vendor.
