Estimate Requests
All requests for remodeling or new construction as well as any work that is expected to involve costs greater than $5000 must go through the FMWeb Estimate Request process.
If you are unsure about how much a new remodeling or construction project will cost, please submit an estimate request, and Facilities Management will work with you on developing estimates.

Planning a MOVE only? Prior to submitting an FMWeb Estimate Request, please contact Facilities Management Movers at (312) 996-2841 to help you determine whether an Estimate Request or one-time Billable Service Request is required.
Require Chauffeuring Services or a Bus Rental? Prior to submitting an FMWeb Estimate Request for Chauffeuring Services or Bus Rental, please contact the Facilities Management Motor Pool Dispatcher at (312) 996-2842 to help you determine whether an Estimate Request or one-time Billable Service Request is required.

All estimate requests have to be submitted via our customer portal, FMWeb. All University employees should be able to login into FMWeb using their University NetID and password.
